Based on the idea that every personality is defined by a square, circle, rectangle, triangle or squiggle, participants discover more about themselves, their attitudes, and the people with whom they come in contact. They are shown the most effective techniques to improve seemingly incompatible relationships and build successful office, client and customer relationships, as well as individual careers. Using this system, important issues brought to the forefront by Dr. Dellinger makes a lot more sense. Susan has helped organizations with corporate communications, team-building, customer/client relationships, integrations in mergers and acquisitions, diversity issues, and gender-based communication differences.
